I see all negative feedback was taken down. I’ll see if mine stays up
Started seeing Dr. Kage back in 2020. Was told I had PsA.
Next 3 yrs was put on 5 different biologics that did absolutely nothing.
During this time I only saw Dr Kage twice. The second time was only because I demanded to see her.
I questioned whether I even had PSA. She totally dismissed Fibromyalgia. Wanted to put me on infusions right away.
Last January I decided to go off all drugs for 1 yr and see how my body copes.
Today 2-19-24 I had my first appointment with a new rheumatologist.
I DO NOT HAVE PSA!!!!
I have osteoarthritis and trigger points for fibromyalgia.
She didn’t help or listen to me in all that time. I should have looked sooner for a new rheumatologist. All she did was push the biologics and infusions.
Shame on you!!!!

I love Dr Kage. She has a lovely bedside manner, is very attentive and strives to find the root of autoimmune issues. She is very busy and definitely worth the wait.

Dr Kage took her time with you. She looked at all my test results prior to seeing me and knew what she was talking about during my visit. She was very thorough and explained everything and prints out the recommendations. She does not jump into meds right away she rechecks bloodwork and implements PT to try to help with the diagnosis. It is very hard to get into seeing DR Kage as they have APRN's and there is no wait. I would highly recommend her.

She figured out my problem immediately I am very happy to have some answers now. Getting a diagnosis is hard but she was very compassionate about it!

Always treated with respect, caring and up to date information. Office staff is phenomenal! Doctors, Nurses and front desk staff are compassionate, efficient and very likable. Couldn’t ask for better, they are the best!!!

Dr. Kage is the best at listening empathetically to get to the root of the problem. She will search to solve the issue and is extremely scientifically intelligent. However, the wait times after arrival at the office for the doctor to enter the room are atrocious. Is it worth it? Yes, she helped me whereas two other local rheumatologists blatantly dismissed my autoimmune problems.

My first visit back after almost 2 years was with the NP and I really was impressed. My next appointment was with Donna (who is great) but it was on Good Friday and I guess the office was busy and I felt I did not get the time or attention regarding medication or any discussion about options as I thought i would have if I had visited the NP or Dr. Kage. The growth on my foot is pretty large now and I felt like it was thought of as not a big deal. I can barely walk sometimes and shoes are not easy to find that fit. I had X-rays done so I could bring to a surgeon or Podiatrist. I called to have someone get back to me to review so I could make an appointment and after 2 1/2 days I called the office because no-one got back to me and felt I was being patronized. I get it I am not your only patient but with the money we pay for insurance and copays to boot you would think you'd pretend I was. Someone finally called me the following day but I didn't call back because I already made an appointment to have the growth looked at and removed. In general your a good practice but the service is inconsistent.

My pharmacy was having problems receiving prescriptions so your office Frank gal stayed there after working hours so I could come and pick up a hard copy of a prescription. Going above and beyond and greatly appreciate it

How can I describe the feeling of confidence in Dr. Kage (and staff) medically, but even more the compassion and feeling of caring from every person I've been in contact with in her practice, every single time. If they ever relocate - even back to Poland - I'll be packing my bags!
